Spacious and bright ground floor apartments, with direct access to the garden. They each have 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a bright living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. They offer a magnificent view towards the countryside and the Monte Cetona.

Beds: Room 1: 1 double bed or 2 single beds.
Room 2: 1 double bed + 1 single bed or 3 single beds.

Kitchen: equipped with cooker, oven, fridge, dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, coffee machine and a kettle.

Bathroom: with shower and hair-dryer.

Linen, weekly linen included:



  • ● Bathroom: There are towels for each guest.

  • ● Kitchen: 1 table cloth and paper napkins.

  • ● Beds: Complete bed linen.

  • ● Linen The linen is changed after 7 days of stay.

  • ● Extra linen can be rented:

    • - swimming pool towel 4€ each.

    • - bed linen 10€ each set.

    • - bathroom towels 10€ each set.

Smoking: The apartments are strictly NON-smoking. So are the swimming pool area and the terrace close to the barbecue area. Summer/Winter:
